Excellent quality and price

These were brought as a gift. My Friend loves them. They are of a high quality, nicely finished and reasonably priced.

Product is nice but poor packaging

The product is as described and looks really nice. The delivery did take longer than I thought, however the company can’t be penalised for this as it was Christmas and everything is slower, furthermore when I emailed the company they were speedy with the response and did inform me that should it not turn up they would send me a replacement so very professional and reliable. However the deduction of the star is for the packaging of the earrings, they came in a cardboard box (not damaged very safe) however when I took them out of the box I saw they are just sold in a little packet, it really didn’t make them look like much, similar to those you can buy on a market. It would be so much better if they came in earring box, nothing expensive I think the company can bulk buy of Ali express for like 99p a box or amazing or something, it just doesn’t look like a nice gift in the packet. However as stated the product is beautiful, the company are speedy at responding to emails and trustworthy and with the help of a generous grandma who has a surplus of earring boxes, my partner will still open a nice gift.
