I have been a really loyal customer to solace jewellery in the past few months and have had no problems in the past. Whenever I get new pair of earrings I always clean them in hot water to disinfect them and when I tell u this time I was mortified!!! I found gunk on the earring I couldn’t believe my eyes, I placed it in the water to make sure what I’m seeing is true and I was… gunk floating in the hot water. I’m really disappointed I’m not sure how this happened but it did.

My daughter said they are very comfortable, they fit well, with a nice secure butterfly, hasn’t fell off once, but she is able to remove them easily for PE etc. she wears then 24/7 with no problems. Beautiful earrings, will definitely be purchasing more!

I've had pierced ears for over 40 years and often had problems with the piercings being itchy and weeping.
