After receiving my initial pendant necklace as a birthday gift I was gutted after the ring joining the pendant broke. I emailed Solace Jewellery who were so incredibly helpful with my questions and sent me out a new initial pendant free of charge. Great looking and beautifully clean lines on the initial. The one comment I can make is that the ring it comes on to attach to a necklace is VERY small and I only just managed to get my necklace through the ring.
