Stunning earrings

I absolutely adore these earrings, however my only fault with them is that I have ordered 2 pairs now and lost 3 of the earrings! For some reason the backs don't like to stay on or they are very easily knocked out. Sad face. I will eventually get another pair and get some locking backs next time!!

Hi Victoria, sorry to hear that. We do check the backs when packing the orders so apologies if they weren't secure, we may have missed this on your order. I will get a new pair sent out to you. Just a tip, if you feel they are becoming loose you can squeeze the butterfly with a pair of tweezers and this will tighten them.
