Bought these for my elderly mum who has struggled with putting earrings in and the backs getting stuck in her ear. Needed something that wouldn’t hurt when she went to bed. Got these and I easily inserted them snd she loves them.

Both sets for earings broken

I got a set of huggie hoops which did not click in, one was faulty. The company was actually really good and fixed this by sending a new pair of different huggie hoops. These hoops are exactly the same, one of them is faulty and does not click in.

Customer service

I ordered a couple of pairs of flat back earrings. One of the pairs was the pearl studs. The pearls fell of the pearl studs. Email customer service and they asked for a photo which I sent. They sent out a replacement pair the next day free of charge. I wear these earrings everyday and don't react really good earrings. The above incident the only time they have broke for me I wear the 24/7.

I had an issue with my order and customer service solved it extremely quick and without any problems. The best costumer service I have experienced in years. And jewelry is very nice, maybe a bit smaller as it looks in a pictures but still very good. T

Love the backs

The backs are great although the first time I put the earring in I must not have screwed them on tightly as with in the first 24 hours I lost both back but as I bought more then one pair it was ok. My only criticism is that the earring them selves are very small. And I actually want to return a pair as they are so small I don't think they would be seen.
