Happy with the quality of the earrings. My daughter said they didn't irritate her ears. Had an issue after delivery and was rectified.

I bought some lovely earrings for my daughter, unfortunately one of the backs fell off in the shower and it discovered that it was simply too loose. I contacted customer service and they sent out a replacement straight away! They came quicker than the actual earrings due partly by Royal mails up and down delivery service. The butterfly backs match the earrings and are of the same quality. Thank you for a wonderful seamless transaction.

I first ordered from Solace for my daughters newly peirced ears as she was reacting to all the others I'd tried from various different shops. She has never had a problem with any of the Solace earrings I've bought. They are brilliant, great quality and have loads of cute designs to choose from at really reasonable prices too. We will never consider anywhere else as an option now. Highly recommend to everyone.

I have been waiting for a bracelet and I couldn't be more pleased. No itching and blisters, just a beautiful, subtle easy to wear bracelet. I hope they make more, I have quite a few pairs of earrings now but I'd love more bracelets. It's worth noting that the customer service is exemplary

I lost a back and needed a replacement that wouldn’t have me wanting to pull my ears off in a couple of hours. Reasonably priced and quick delivery.

I bought a few pairs as spares after my daughter lost one of the backs from her solace earrings. We do have random other costume jewellery ones around the house but she keeps them in and cheap ones turn your ears green when worn 24/7. These are secure without being overly tight, if someone catches her earring it will come out and I'd rather replace the earring than have her ear torn.

Excellent value, could wear earrings that are decades old because I couldn’t find backs that were suitable.
